The Ballad of Bennie Dean HerringNote: This mission contains pdf files. You must allow your browser to display those or it will eat your lightposts. Here's how: Tools -> Options -> Applications -> Adobe Acrobat Document -> Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox). Please email me if this doesn't work. When Bennie Dean showed up at the Coffee County, Alabama Sheriff's Department to reclaim his car, he was arrested on a warrant "mistakenly" entered into the Sheriff's computer. (Bennie says they were out to get him after Bennie accused the Sheriff of murder.) The United States Attorney, who put Bennie Dean behind bars for two and half years, says that Bennie deserved what he got. It turns out that Bennie had a felony record, and an illegal gun and ammunition in his truck, along with methamphetamines, never a good mix. Bennie Dean says the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution requires that they let him go because his arrest was unconstitutional. There is a puzzle crate at the end which will give you 50 datapoints if you answer the questions correctly. These are the same questions you are asked in each lightpost, so write down the one-word answers as you go. drweiss, level 15, created this mission for level 1 players and above.
